When it FInally came around

Breakfast was after a short workout of some; Negative chins, sprints, dips and 10-20 minute LI jog.

-2 Apples (Braeburn & Fiji) and some clementines

-2 TBSP of Sunflower seed butter (this stuff is amazing)

-Ham (Not pictured but it was premium oak smoked) and 1 scoop of whey along with a handful of fish oil tabs.
