Get your sprint on!!

This summer I bet you want to look good on the beaches/Parks etc…..Well I have an amazing tip for you; sprint twice a week, it doesnt take long a maximum of 15-20 minutes and it could be even quicker!!

Here’s how to go about it;

-Find a local track or park with a nice long and flat stretch.

-Go for a 2 minute warm up jog and 2 minute stretch.

-On the flat stretch sprint as fast as you can until you start to considerably slow down.

-Stop stroll around until you get your breath back, REPEAT.

-Keep doing this until you can no longer sprint at all shoudlnt be more than 5-7 reps

And thats all!! your done for the day and boy what a workout, give it a try the fat will start dropping off!!
