Nice simple workout plan

This is a workout I have been using recently and its been working very well have a look:

Day 1:

Front Squat: 4 sets of 8 reps

Bench Press: 4 sets of 8 reps

Wide grip dip: 4 sets of 8 reps

Lex Extension: 3 sets of 12 reps

Bicep Curls: 4 sets of 8 reps

Day 2:

Deadlift: 4 sets of 8 reps

Bent over row: 4 sets of 8 reps

Lying Tricep extension (Skull Crusher): 4 sets of 8 reps

3 way superset of

1. Lat Pull down

2. Leg curls (Machine)

3. Tricep Pressdown

All done with 3 sets of 12 reps

Follow each of these workouts with 5 to 10 minutes of cool down cardio; walking incline on a treadmill is good, and you have yourself a very efficient split…
