Todays breakfast was superb. I had some Organic free range eggs with 1 red pepper, some organic sea salt all washed down with 2 organic local british Apples. No picture today but it was great.
I lightly scrambled 3 full eggs and 3 egg whites in a generous knob of Free Range Butter (CLA ya know). Threw in the chopped up red pepper and gave the whole thing a generous douse of salt.
